この度、Booking.com経由でご予約された一部のお客様に対し、フィッシングサイト（※）へ誘導し、不正な支払いを行わせようとするメッセージが「WhatsApp」を用いて送られていることが確認されました。

ただちにBooking.comに依頼のうえ、協力して調査を行っておりますが、ホテルへの不正アクセスは現在のところ確認されておりません。
お客様におかれましては、疑わしいメッセージの配信を受けた場合、当該メッセージの誘導には従わず、貼付されたURLリンクへのアクセスも行わないようお願いいたします。
（弊社並びにBooking.comは、予約確認書に記載されている以外の支払いを求めることは決してございません。）

本件に関し、ご不明点はBooking.comのカスタマーサービス（03-6743-6650）、またはホテルまでご連絡ください。
お客様には多大なご迷惑とご心配をおかけしますこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。

※「フィッシングサイト」とは、不正な手法を用いて個人情報や金融情報を詐取するために、実在のウェブサイトを装った偽のウェブサイトのことを指します。

Important Notice: Beware of Suspicious Emails and Messages Impersonating Hotels or Online Travel Agencies

We have confirmed that some guests who made reservations through Booking.com have received messages via WhatsApp directing them to a phishing website (*) and attempting to induce unauthorized payments.

We immediately requested assistance from Booking.com and are currently conducting a joint investigation.
At this time, however, no unauthorized access to the hotel’s systems has been confirmed.
If you receive any suspicious message, please do not follow the instructions contained in the message and do not access any attached URL links.
(Neither our company nor Booking.com will ever request any payment other than those stated in your reservation confirmation.)

We sincerely apologize for the significant concern and inconvenience this situation may cause our guests.
